hello, I'm new to qnx and I've got the QNX 6.3 evaluation version.
I'd like to boot a notebook from a my QNX 6.3 computer, so I looked infoqnx.com and found stuffs like netboot and bootpd.....The problem is that Ihave no idea where I can get those tools as I found nowhere in my QNX 6.3installation for clues of bootpd and netboot.
Anyone can tell me how I can achieve network booting in my situation? Thankyou very much Regards,Bruce

Hello, I've created a simple program that creates 2 threads and they loop throughoutputing simple messages.
When I run the program it runs fine. When I try to debug it, pthread_createfails with an error status 89.

Hello-I am working on a old screen for QNX 4.25 that made use of termlib. Ihave scoured the QNX web page for information about the term libraryfunctions but haven't been able to find any documentation. The onlyreference I've found to termlib is something that says to find a WatcomC reference manual printed prior to 1996. Unfortunately I don't havethat document. Hello, I am programming a time critical application using a PCI IO card with aBus-mastering DMA controller. DMA memory is allocated for use by the DMAcontroller using the mmap() function. The controller simply couldn't do fastenough memory transfers because the PCI card kept giving FIFO overflowinterrupts. So I decided to clock the amount of time taken to do memorytransfers. Can different applications have the same queue open in different modes? i.e. some blocking and some non-blocking. Or is the blocking/non-blocking attribute set on the queue thereby effecting all users?

There is an argument that programming language selection for real-time safety critical application development is important. And Ada is a much better langugage compared to C/C++/C# and Java.
i) Can some QNX, Neutrino guru comment on this issie?ii) How mature the QNX's Ada support compared to its C/C++ support?
