Wacom & SuSE 9.1 -- still not exactly out of the box
09/11/2018 15:30
I and my sysadmins spent like 2 person days last week trying to get mywacom to work on a new suse install. Now I realize that I missed afew messages that may have been helpful apparently because Imisspelled intuos on google groups last week (though I searched forjust wacom on SuSE support! No hits!) I am posting this for a) anyone else trying to get their `intuous'working -- search for just wacom!b) to point out to SuSE that wacom has just worked with redhat, MS &OSX for years now...

Answer score: 5
09/11/2018 15:30 - A search for tablet on the SUSE database provided one item: X Server Configuration SaX2 (8.1 or Higher) Under the details for tablet is the following entry: Start this dialog to set up a graphic tablet. The current hardware selection is still quite small and Linux does not support all available models. At the moment, only the models from the manufacturers Wacom, Tevion/Aiptek, Summagraphics, and Numonics are supported. Once you have made your selections in both lists, activate additional functions according to the hardware of your graphic tablet under the option Tools. Click Finish to mount the hardware.

Trust this is of some help Paul
